Founded on June 2, 2008 by Roberto Pizzatto, RPmetal began its activities in Nova Bassano (RS), on Aquilino Dalla Costa Street, with a dedicated team of just seven employees. From the beginning, the company focused on the production of railings, metal steps and the industrialization of metal structures, always valuing reliability, commitment and quality in service.
With accelerated growth, in 2009 the company transferred its operations to a larger and more strategic space, at RST 324, KM 20, nº 27, in the Industrial District II of Nova Bassano. This change marked the beginning of a new phase, with the expansion of the portfolio of products and services, including the sale and production of complete metal structures.
In 2012, seeking greater efficiency and control in internal processes, the TOTVS Protheus management system was implemented, modernizing and integrating administrative and production operations.
The year 2014 was an important milestone in the consolidation of RPmetal's culture of quality, with the achievement of ISO 9001:2008 certification — a recognition of the company's commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
In 2015, the company invested in expanding its production capacity, keeping up with the growth in demand and strengthening its presence in the market.
In 2020, RPmetal took another important step in innovation and engineering with the presentation of joist, a new concept in roof structure modulation, which allows for the expansion of free spans, reducing the number of pillars and increasing the flexibility of the building's layout. Also in the same year, the technology was applied in its first project, marking the beginning of a new era in construction solutions.
In 2023, celebrating 15 years of history, RPmetal experienced another moment of expansion: it expanded its factory, implemented the powder coating service, offering new integrated solutions to its customers and reinforcing its role as a complete supplier of metal structures. The anniversary celebration was held with employees, recognizing the importance of each person who built this trajectory.
Today, with more than 120 employees and an annual production of over 4,000 tons of material, RPmetal stands out in the sector for its modern structure, innovative solutions and, most importantly, for having a specialized team that guarantees the quality of each project delivered.
