RPmetal was created to follow the best practices in projects, development, production and mounting of technical steel grids, metal stairs/steps and steel structures with the best quality possible, through its continuous bettering of the Management Quality System efficiency, with its main quality principles;

1. Attending Customers requirements and Customer Satisfaction;
2. Preparing and capacitating all offices;
3. Suppliers Qualification;
4. Organization growth.

This policy must be communicated and understood by all people at  RPmetal and being critically analized for maintainnance by the Board in its meetings.
